Service

We sing hymns, pray together, and listen to the messages taught from the Bible. This is the most important and precious time for the Church.

Church School

Classes are held before corporate worship service to study the Bible in four classes: preschoolers, elementary school students, youth and young adults, and adults. The whole school gets together for special occasions such as Christmas, Easter and commencement.

Afternoon

After the service, we take time to share the blessings we’ve received. On some Sundays, we enjoy a fellowship lunch (often called “Aisan” in Japanese), while being mindful of food safety and preventing the spread of illness. During this time, we may have choir and orchestra practice, and we also read mission reports and updates from various locations. Children may go out to a nearby park to play and enjoy time together.

Events

Several times a year, events for children are held, including crafts and games.
In the fall, a day camp is held, and some years a BBQ is held.
Special Christmas gatherings are also held.
The choir is the main musical group, and once a year they participate in Annual Sacred Hymn Concert with other churches.
